This notice is to make the general public aware that, as a result of the mergers of two Sub-Funds within FMG Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”), namely, FMG (EU) China Fund and FMG (EU) India Opportunity Fund, (collectively, “the Sub-Funds”) into the Emerging Market Favourites Fund, another Sub-Fund of the Scheme, the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) was requested to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted to the Scheme in relation to the two Sub-Funds – FMG (EU) China Fund with LEI code: 213800SB9LHZGWBNTK91 and FMG (EU) India Opportunity Fund with LEI code: 21380078XOCBAP17NM87. The MFSA has accepted this request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 15 June 2026, the Sub-funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
