This notice is to make the general public aware that following the striking-off of Norvik (Malta) SICAV plc from the Register of Companies by order of the Courts of Malta on 10 April 2026, the MFSA hereby is proceeding with the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its Sub-Funds, namely:

• Norvik Property Fund
• Norvik Property Fund Armenia
• Norvik Property Fund Bulgaria
• Norvik Property Fund Ukraine
• Norvik Securities Fund
• Norvik Venture Capital Fund
• Norvik West Venture Capital Fund

Accordingly, with effect from 15th May 2026, the Scheme and its Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
