This notice is to make the general public aware that Eisler Capital (MT) Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the Investment Services Licence granted to the Company. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 25 March 2026, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
