This notice is to make the general public aware that AMoney Ventures Limited (“the Authorised Person”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its VFA Service Provider Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Authorised Person’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 09 February 2026, the Authorised Person ceased to be registered by the MFSA.
