This notice is to make the general public aware that NCC Funds SICAV P.L.C. (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to one of its sub-funds, Clarendon Diversified Strategies Fund with LEI: 213800FBWIUL4Y262N11. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 06 January 2026, the Sub-fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
