This notice is to make the general public aware that Dixcart Fund Administrators (Malta) Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the Recognition Certificate granted to the Company to provide fund administration services. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 23 December 2025, the Company ceased to be recognised by the MFSA.
