This notice is to make the general public aware that RMS Financial Advisory Ltd (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Class 3 Investment Services Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 18 December 2025, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
