This notice is to make the general public aware that Vassiliades & Co. (Malta) Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the licence which was issued to the Company to act as mandatary in terms of Article 43(12)(a) of the Trusts and Trustees Act (which do not include acting as trustee), as well as to act as a Company Service Provider in terms of Regulation 3(1)(a) of the Company Service Providers (Exemption) Regulations. The MFSA has accepted the surrender of such license. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 1 December 2025, the Company ceased to be authorised by the MFSA.
