The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) decided to proceed with imposing an administrative penalty of five thousand Euro (€5,000) on an Issuer listed on the IFSM.

BREACHES

The MFSA determined that the Issuer has acted in breach of Rule 4.22 of the Wholesale Securities Markets Capital Markets Rules due to the untimely submission of the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ending January 2022.

REGULATORY ACTION

On 11 November 2025, the MFSA decided to impose an administrative penalty of five thousand Euro (€5,000) on the Issuer.
