This notice is to make the general public aware that Michael Grech Financial Investment Services Limited (“the Authorised Person”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Financial Institutions Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Authorised Person’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 29 September 2025, the Authorised Person ceased to be registered by the MFSA.
