This notice is to make the general public aware that Tribord SICAV PLC (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its Sub-Fund, namely, Tribord ‘A’ Fund, with LEI: 52990062XGES58U6E342. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 10 September 2025, the Scheme and its Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
