This notice is to make the general public aware that AQA Capital Limited (“the AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the removal of Terme Fund (“the Sub-Fund”) from the MFSA’s list of Notified AIFs (“NAIFs”). This removal is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 18 July 2025, the Sub-Fund ceased to form part of the MFSA’s list of NAIFs.
