This notice is to make the general public aware that Integrated-Capabilities (Malta) Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the authorisation which was issued to the Company to receive property under trust, to act as a trustee or co-trustee; provide other fiduciary services; and act as administrator of private interest foundations, in terms of the Trust and Trustees Act (Cap. 331 of the Laws of Malta) as well to act as a Company Services Provider in terms regulation 3(1)(a) of the Company Service Providers (Exemption) Regulations. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 24 June 2025, the Company ceased to be authorised by the MFSA.
