This notice is to make the general public aware that Euromed Risk Solutions Limited has requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the authorisation which was issued to the company to act as a Class A company service provider in terms of Article 5 of the Company Service Providers Act [CAP. 529 of the Laws of Malta]. The MFSA has accepted the surrender of such authorisation. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 29 January 2025, Euromed Risk Solutions Limited ceased to be authorised by the MFSA.
