This notice is to make the general public aware that A.B.P (Nominee) Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the warrant which was issued to the Company to act as a Nominee,  in terms of Article 43 of the Malta International Business Activities Act, 1998 and Article 47 of the Offshore Trusts Act, 1998 as retained in force by Section 107(4) of Act XVII of 2002. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 13 June 2023, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
