This notice is to make the general public aware that J&T AIF Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its Sub-Fund, namely J&T Loan Fund. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 16 February 2023, the Scheme and Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
