This notice is to make the general public aware that Biocapx Investment Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its Sub-Fund, namely BIOCAPX Project Fund ‘A’. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 15 February 2023, the Scheme and Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
