This notice is to make the general public aware that VERBIER FUND HEALTH & BEAUTY BRANDS IC SICAV P.L.C. (the “Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme.

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA.

Accordingly, with effect from 29 November 2022, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
