Aqua Trust Services Malta Limited (”the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of licence to act as a Retirement Scheme Administrator in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap.514. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This termination is entirely voluntarily and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 1 November 2022, the Company ceased to be licensed as a Retirement Scheme Administrator.
