This notice is to make the general public aware that Mirabella Malta Advisers Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of Registration Certificate granted to Eastdil Secured Limited (the “Tied Agent”). The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, the Tied Agent ceased to be registered as a Tied Agent of the Company with effect from 27 July 2022.
