This notice is to make the general public aware that MoneyMatrix Ltd (‘the Institution’) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) to accept the surrender of its Financial Institution Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Institution’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 26 July 2022, MoneyMatrix Ltd ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
