This notice is to make the general public aware that Cloud 8 Capital SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its Sub-Fund, namely Quantwise Capital Fund. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 8 April 2022, the Scheme and Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
