This notice is to make the general public aware that Rohfund Global SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to one of its sub-funds namely Rohfund Taro Fund. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 9 March 2022, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
