This notice is to make the general public aware that All Financial Services Ltd (‘the Institution’) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) to accept the surrender of its Financial Institution Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Institution’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 17 January 2022, All Financial Services Ltd ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
