This notice is to make the general public aware that Solon Director (Malta) Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the licence which was issued to the Company to act as a company service provider in terms of Article 5 of the Company Service Providers Act, 2013. The MFSA has accepted the surrender of such licence. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 29 November 2021, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
