This notice is to make the general public aware that Almagest SICAV p.l.c. (the “Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme in relation to the Scheme and its sub-fund – Commodity Trading Fund (the “Sub-fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 11 November 2021, the Scheme and its Sub-fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
