WorldWide Pensions Limited  (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of licence to act as a Retirement Scheme Administrator in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap.514. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This termination is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 1 November 2021, the company ceased to be licensed as a Retirement Scheme Administrator.

As a result the Plegt-Vos Retirement Scheme’s assets have been transferred to the receiving provider, BeFrank Premium Pension Institution, which is governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
