This notice is to make the general public aware that Custom House Global Fund Services Limited (“the Company”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the Recognition certificate previously granted to the Company to carry out the services of a Fund Administrator in terms of Section 9A of the Investment Services Act,1994. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 04 October 2021, the Company ceased to be recognised as a Fund Administrator by the MFSA.
