This notice is to make the general public aware that Custom House Global Fund Services Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Category 2 and Category 4a Investment Services Licences. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 5 October 2021, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
