This notice is to make the general public aware that Blockchain Technology Value Fund SICAV p.l.c. (the “Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and to its sub-fund – Blockchain Technology Value One Fund (the “Sub-fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 05 October 2021, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
