This notice is to make the general public aware that Knight Marine SICAV plc (the “Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to one of its sub-funds – Knight Marine Capital Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 28 September 2021, the sub-fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
