This notice is to make the general public aware that, as a follow up to the previous Public Notice issued on the 18 February 2020, Hollingsworth International Financial Services Limited (“the Company”), as holder of a Category 1A Investment Services licence, has requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“the MFSA”) to surrender its Category 1A Investment Services Licence. The MFSA is hence accepting the Company’s request, and with effect from 15 September 2021, the Company ceased to be licensed as an Investment Services Licence Holder by the MFSA.
