This notice is to make the general public aware that Ms. Johanna Caruana requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the licence which was issued to Ms.Caruana to act as a Company Service Provider in terms of the Company Service Providers Act. The MFSA has accepted Ms. Caruana request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 20 May 2021, Ms. Caruana ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
