This notice is to make the general public aware that Bryan Garnier Umbrella Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its sub-fund, Bryan Garnier Dimension Fund. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 02 February 2021, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
