This notice is to make the general public aware that HSBC Malta Funds SICAV plc (the “Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to HSBC Property Investment Fund (the “Sub-Fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 7 January 2021, the Sub-Find ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
