What was your best achievement in 2020?

The Supervisory ICT Risk and Cybersecurity function was set up during this eventful year, notwithstanding the ongoing organisational changes and the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the function’s first achievements was to issue a Guidance Document on Technology Arrangements, ICT and Security Risk Management, and Outsourcing Arrangements for the industry.

What would you like to achieve in 2021?

In 2021, we plan to continue to grow and evolve the function, taking it to the next level in terms of capabilities and maturity. But most importantly we plan to effectively increase the breadth and depth of supervision in the areas of ICT Risk and Cybersecurity.

What is the first word that comes to your mind when you hear 2020?

Resilience.
