This notice is to make the general public aware that Meridon Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to the IRQ T.E. Development I Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 09 December 2019, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
