This notice is to make the general public aware that Atlas Investment Services Limited (“AISL”) and Jesmond Mizzi Financial Services Limited (“JMFSL”) have merged into Atlas JMFS Investment Services Limited (“AJMFS”). Consequently the Companies have requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept surrender of the Category 2 Investment Services Licence of AISL and the issuance of a revised Category 2 Investment Services Licence and Tied Insurance Intermediaries Certificates of Enrolment to AJMFS (previously known as JMFSL). The MFSA has accepted the Companies’ requests. The merger is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 22nd July, 2010, AISL ceased to be licensed by the MFSA and AJMFS was issued with a Category 2 Investment Services Licence and Tied Insurance Intermediaries Certificates of Enrolment.
