This notice is to make the general public aware that Celsius Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to Barclays RMF Diversified Index (EUR) Fund (“the Sub-Fund”).The MESA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 31st January, 2013, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MESA.
