This notice is to make the general public aware that SF Global Equity Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the licence granted to the Scheme. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 11th April, 2013, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
