This notice is to make the general public aware that Meltemi Capital SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its collective investment scheme licence, including the licence granted in relation to Bachaquero Investment Fund and Bora Investment Fund (“the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 25 March 2015, the Scheme and its Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
