This notice is to make the general public aware that The ARP Funds (SICAV) plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to The ARP Sapphire Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 15 April 2016,the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
