This notice is to make the general public aware that TMF FundServices (Malta) Limited (“the Company”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Recognition Certificate to provide Fund Administration Services. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 29 April 2016, the Company ceased to be recognised by the MFSA.
