This notice is to make the general public aware that International Transaction Payment Solutions (Malta) Limited (‘the company’) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) to accept the surrender of its Financial Institution Licence. The MFSA has accepted the company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA.

Accordingly, with effect from 11th May 2016, International Transaction Payment Solutions (Malta) Limited ceased to be licensed by the MFSA
