This notice is to make the general public aware that Sei Private Invest Fund RICC Ltd (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Recognition Certificate to provide administration services to incorporated cells. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 27 June 2016, the Company ceased to be recognised by the MFSA.
