This notice is to make the general public aware that Deutsche Bank (Malta) Ltd (“the Bank”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept surrender of its Category 4a investment services licence. The MFSA has accepted the bank’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 28 June 2016, Deutsche Bank (Malta) Ltd ceased to be licensed under the Investment Services Act.
