This notice is to make the general public aware that Intrepid Capital Ltd (“the Company”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the voluntary suspension of its Category 2 Investment Services Licence for a period of six months. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This suspension is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 4 August 2016, and until further notice, the Company’s Category 2 Investment Services Licence is in suspension.
