ITC International Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the termination of registration of the Prosperity QROPS Malta (“the Scheme”) as a Personal Retirement Scheme in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap. 514. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. The termination is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 22 January 2020 the Scheme is not longer registered as a Personal Retirement Scheme in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap. 514.
