The MFSA has accepted Boal & Co (Pensions) Limited’s request to remove the exemption to act as a Back-office administrator in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap 514. Accordingly, with effect from 7 January 2021 the Boal & Co (Pensions) Limited is no longer exempted to act as a Back-office administrator in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap. 514.
