This notice is to make the general public aware that DM Trustees Ltd (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the licence which was issued to the Company to act as a trustee or co-trustee in terms of Article 43(3) of the Trusts and Trustees Act and to act as administrators of private foundations. The MFSA has accepted the surrender of such licence. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 24 September 2020 the Company ceased to be registered by the MFSA.
